SSO Instructions for Administrators

A WaitWell Account Manager will require the following information from your team:

Confirm your domain for SSO as this will influence their metadata URL. (i.e https://companyname.com)

  1. The Entity ID URL

  2. The Sign on URL for SSO

  3. The Sign out URL for SSO

  4. The X509 signing certificate data

  5. (Not common) If you are using encryption for the X509 certificate. We will require the X509 encryption certificate. 

Your WaitWell Account Manager will pass the following fields back to you:

  1. The Identity provider specific login for WaitWell

  2. WaitWell Reply (ACS) URL

  3. WaitWell Entity ID

  4. WaitWell Metadata URL

One the information has been shared and configured, your SSO should be configured.
