You can configure a passcode on a location basis that clients will be required to enter when they try to join a like by clicking on the “Settings” tab on the left hand navigation menu and then scrolling down to and clicking on the “Client passcode” button. Once you have clicked, a pop-up window will appear with a field where you can add an alphanumeric code that is not case sensitive, then hit “Save”. You can either provide this code to your customers electronically or by displaying it visually close to your kiosk. The Client passcode will prevent unauthorised entries to the queue.
