If you like to provide a preset set of “common notes” to your staff to apply to customers when appropriate you can do so by clicking on the “Settings” tab on the left hand navigation menu and then scrolling down to and clicking on the “Client passcode” button. Once you have clicked, a pop-up window will appear with a field where you can hit the “Add” button as many times as notes you like to add. After hitting add, navigate to the row and add the note you like to add. If you have too many rows or want to delete a specific note/line, click on that line and then hit the delete button. Once you are done with adding notes, you can close the po-up window.
