Agents: Introduction to Appointments

This guide is intended to cover the appointment configuration and workflow within WaitWell for Agent level users. We will discuss how to set your availability and how to utilize the calendar functionality.

Agents only have the ability to set their own availability and may have limited access to the specific services offered. Please reach out to your team lead/manager if you are having any issues while setting up appointments.

For Admin roles please see the following article instead:

  1. Select the Appointments tab to access your calendar

  2. Select which Service Types you wish to see appointments for (default is set to all)

  3. Change your calendar from Daily, Weekly or Monthly views
