Holidays & Modified Hours
Holidays & Modified Hours are being set on a global level for each location for all queues under the “Settings” tab on the left hand side. Once you have clicked on “Settings” you scroll down to the “Holidays” /”Modified Hours” tabs. To add Holidays, you click on the “Holidays” tab and then on the right hand site on the tab “Add default Holidays”. Please note that only the Canadian Holidays are currently available to be set as default holidays. For any other countries, please choose the “Add date” button and enter each holiday manually. In the pop-up you can choose to either mark it as closed that day or define “Different Hours” than the regular hours. Alternatively, you can click on the “Modified Hours” tab and define either any day being closed or modified hours. Make sure that you hit the “SAVE” button.
