From the Ticket Details
On the queue screen open the ticket details by clicking on the ticket and selecting Ticket Details
In the Ticket Details, you will see a sales section with the sale number, sale status, in this case, "Ready for capture", and the total sale amount including taxes.
Click on the Ready for Capture to open the payment dialogue box.
