Communication Templates are pre-canned responses saved within WaitWell. These messages are sent to the customer at different stages during the queueing process via SMS text message. WaitWell allows clients to select which messages they would like to send, as well as what is sent within the communication template itself. If the checkbox is enabled, the message will be sent to customers at the indicated trigger point. All communications are sent via SMS message by default unless indicated otherwise.
